Large Living room/Dining Room. This room has large windows giving great views of the sea. There is a 3 seater sofa and 2 seater sofa bed, Dining table with 6 chairs, TV, DVD player, fireplace with electric fire, also separate electric convector heater.The sofa bed unfolds to reveal a superior quality mattress for additional sleeping capacity - this will comfortably sleep one adult or two children.

Kitchen. This leads off the Living room and also has a window to the front of the property enjoying sea views. New kitchen fitted in 2005 including electric cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is also a small table in here with three stools.

Inner hall connects the other rooms, and also has the 'front door' to the flat (which opens off the second storey communal landing of the property). There is storage here for items such as ironing board and hoover, coat hooks on the wall, and a full length mirror.

Bathroom off the inner hall fitted in 2005, with WC, Bath with electric shower over the bath, and Washbasin. It contains airing cupboard with immersion heater (which provides the hot water for the flat). Electric blown air heater.
